The Gift of Dyslexia

The Gift of Dyslexia:Why Some of the Smartest People Can't Read and How They Can Learn by Ronald D. Davis shows a side to dyslexia that not many people see. Here Davis explains "What dyslexia really is", gives a developmental theory about dyslexia and techniques for how people can overcome the difficulties that come with dyslexia. Davis describes how people with dyslexia have a gift because they tend to be more creative than the average person, and more aware of the people and places around them. Ronald Davis shows dyslexia not as something to be ashamed of but as a gift that people can use to their advantage.
