New Resources on Americans with Disabilities Act

Twenty-one years ago this month, the Americans with Disabilities Act was signed into law. Recently, CeDIR received several books as gifts from the folks at ADA-Indiana on accessible design, Title II, and Title III to help Hoosiers stay abreast of the standards and regulations in the Americans with Disabilities Act. Here's a list of those gifts:

• 2010 ADA standards for accessible design
• Guidance on the 2010 ADA standards for accessible design
• Significant changes to the A117.1 accessibility standard
• Americans with Disabilities Act Title II regulations: Nondiscrimination on the basis of disability in state and local government services
• Americans with Disabilities Act Title III regulations: Nondiscrimination on the basis of disability by public accommodations and in commercial facilities
